Hi I'm Fiona – it's great to meet you, and I appreciate you being here!
I feel so fortunate nowadays - my life is so full, fun and enjoyable. I get to do transformational work I totally adore, meeting people like you in sessions and classes, I spend time with amazing friends, I travel a lot through the UK, Europe, Asia and beyond for work and for play, and I have time and space for all kinds of fun things that I love – dancing, singing, being on the beach, going for barefoot walks.......... How did I get so lucky? Well, let's just say it wasn't always like that for me at all.......... and it's been a bit of a journey to get to this space of enjoying me and my life! So, back to the beginning.......... |
I was a painfully shy child, labelled “clever” and, in an effort to please, I focused on academia and my mind, and pretty much forgot I had a body.......... by the time I was thirty, I was unhappily divorced, suffering with depression and back pain, realising I didn't fit in the corporate accounting world, and wondering what the purpose of life really was..........
Things got loads better when I left the corporate job, took some time to go traveling, discovered mediation and climbing in beautiful parts of the world, and started to work overseas for various charities in amazing locations..........

And then it all came crashing down.......... I came back to the UK, started an academic course, and a couple of months later woke up seemingly from one day to the next with debilitating fatigue.......... which didn't go away, no matter how much I slept or what alternative techniques I tried..........
And it was this total collapse of body, mind and spirit that led me to the amazing energy techniques that I now use with people all round the world who desire a better life..........
