LIVE OR ONLINE CLASS: Sex Beyond Judgement
Sex is one of the most judged activities on our planet. It’s one of the things where we are likely to get the most confusing messages – it’s bad, it’s wrong, it’s dirty, you’re too young, don’t think about that yet, don’t touch that thing.
It’s also one of the things there is the least information about when we need it. We leave school knowing about ancient history and obscure mammals – with no real knowledge of our own bodies, and the bodies of the people we will be having sex with.
No wonder our experiences of sex can be confusing, and fraught with difficulty and anxiety. And, whatever our age and experience, it can still be difficult to find the information we require to change this.
The purpose of this class is to start to unravel those spaces of judgement, to release those spaces where we make ourselves wrong, to be able to talk in a non-judgemental space about what occurs for us, and then to use the amazing tools of Access Consciousness to change this.
I, Fiona, am an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator, and a Sexological Bodyworker. I will use both modalities in this evening. Sexological Bodywork has given me information about sex and the body, information about where we typically limit ourselves – and the amazing, dynamic tools of Access Consciousness will allow us to release all of that and enjoy our bodies and sex way more than we have been told is possible.
This is what is occurring for me – an enjoyment and pleasure and ease that goes beyond what I thought was possible - which I would love to give you the tools to choose too.
